Registration

 

To register as a customer with the Rase Veterinary Centre please call one of our three surgeries. Our reception staff will be more than happy to help. Registration only takes a few minutes to do and involves answering a few simple questions. New clients will have to give their address, contact phone number and then information about their pets such as breed, age and sex.
